Division Education has over 1900 employees, and together we work to provide children, youth, and adults with a good education. We are responsible for 31 preschools, 17 primary schools, adapted primary school, Nyköping Gymnasium, adapted upper secondary school, and adult education at Campus Nyköping. We are now looking for a temporary administrator for Nyköping preschools. The workplace is located in central Nyköping.

The preschools are divided into four areas consisting of approximately 6-10 preschools, 120 employees, and about 600 children. Through joint quality mapping, we develop Nyköping Municipality's preschools, where educators, development educators, development leaders, and school leaders are all involved in the processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator in the preschool, you will provide administrative support to the principal and deputy principals in your preschool area. It is a varied and versatile assignment. You will be part of a team of four administrators and have close collaboration with the deputy principals and principal in your area.

Main responsibilities:

• Invoice management.
• Purchasing, budget.
• Personnel administration.
• Ordering and handling of IT and telecommunications.
• Establishing various calendars and annual plans, forms, brochures, marketing, mailings, etc.
• Updating websites in consultation with the deputy principal.
• Handling and archiving documents according to the document management plan.
• Booking and coordinating training, travel, conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a high school education. Post-secondary education in administration, economics, or equivalent is an advantage.

You have previous experience in administrative work for at least 2 years. Experience working in some form of student administrative system is an advantage. You have good digital competence with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different digital systems. Furthermore, you are communicative with a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
